Invitation-Only Event: For more information, contact Tracey Konicek at tkonicek@foley.com. Our 16th annual National Directors Institute (NDI) Executive Exchange, a national forum where prominent corporate governance leaders will continue the in-depth, interactive peer group discussion that began with our first NDI in 2002.*

For more than a decade, Foley’s National Directors Institute has been the forum of choice for business leaders looking to explore the latest developments in the corporate finance and governance landscape. As you navigate the legal risks arising from increasing governmental regulation and reform and shareholder activism, count on NDI’s series of interactive programs to help keep you on target.

Board of the Year Awards

In conjunction with our 16th annual National Directors Institute, Foley had our fifth annual Board of the Year award program at the NDI Reception and Dinner on November 6, from 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at the Westin Chicago River North. We recognized two very deserving companies: Catholic Financial Life, non-profit winner, and Sentio Healthcare Properties, Inc., public company winner. Click here for top takeaways from this year's Board of the Year program.

* Foley & Lardner LLP will apply for CLE credit after the program, wherever applicable. Foley & Lardner LLP certifies that this activity has been approved for California MCLE credits by the State Bar of California. Foley & Lardner LLP is a State Bar of California MCLE approved provider. New York licensed attorneys admitted two years or less are not eligible to earn CLE credit through nontraditional formats. This program is appropriate for experienced New York attorneys only. Certificates of attendance will be distributed to eligible participants approximately 8 weeks after the conference via email.
