Jarrett Sabina is an associate in the firm’s Transactions Practice Group. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and strategic business transactions. Jarrett regularly supports buyers, sellers, and investors across diverse industries, helping them navigate complex deal structures and time-sensitive closings with a practical, business-oriented mindset.

Jarrett began his career with Foley as a summer associate, following an internship at a leading Atlanta law firm where he worked closely with the corporate M&A team. Before law school, he gained hands-on business experience as a financial analyst intern in the aerospace sector and at a film production company in Los Angeles.
