Jordan Bergmann on Fate of 45X Advanced Manufacturing Production Tax Credit
June 30, 2025
Milwaukee Business Journal
Foley & Lardner LLP partner Jordan Bergmann shared context on important tax incentives for battery manufacturers in Milwaukee Business Journal, offering insight into what their inclusion in the budget reconciliation bill under deliberation may mean for Wisconsin manufacturers.
Bergmann said that the fate of the 45X Advanced Manufacturing Production Tax Credit remains unclear as the U.S. House’s current version of the reconciliation bill would eliminate the credit program early, while the version in progress with the U.S. Senate would keep it in place through 2032.
