Foley & Lardner LLP Partner Thomas Ferrante was quoted in the Bloomberg Law article, “More Telehealth Data Urged Before Making Eased Rules Permanent,” about post-pandemic telehealth rules.
When discussing future action in regard to pandemic-inspired relaxed telehealth rules, Ferrante noted that “the consumer demand is there now,” but many providers are hesitant to invest in the service. He stated that “they certainly would invest more” if they knew how long the rules flexibility would last.
