The Hotel Experience
Partner Cliff Risman was quoted in an article for The Hotel Experience, “Top Hotel Technology is in Demand for Today’s Busy Business Travelers,” about what business travelers are looking for in terms of technology during their hotel stays.
Risman said business travelers want good, fast, seamless WiFi in the guest rooms and in all public spaces that is both free and easy to access. Business guests “just want [technology] to work,” he said.
