Partner Larry Vernaglia was quoted in the Law360 article, “12 States Will Vote on Health Care Ballot Measures Tuesday,” about a ballot initiative facing Massachusetts voters on limiting the number of patients who could be assigned to nurses in hospitals and other health care settings.
“If passed, the measure would force hospitals to “dramatically staff up” almost immediately, since the new requirements would take effect on Jan. 1,” said Vernaglia.
