Partner Nate Lacktman was quoted in a Modern Healthcare article, “Teladoc Acquires Advance Medical for $352 Million,” about telehealth giant Teladoc’s $352 million purchase of Advance Medical.
Lacktman said the acquisition is consistent with other M&A activity this year in telemedicine. “The bigger are going to continue to get big, and they’re going to continue to try to eliminate their competition by purchasing them and offering more multifaceted solutions,” he said.
