The Dallas Morning News recently featured comments from Vishal Chander, an attorney in Gardere’s labor and employment practice group, about President Trump’s executive order regarding H-1B visas.
“All companies that have foreign nationals working for them have concerns regarding those employees under the current environment and that comes from some of the rhetoric in the current political environment,” Chander said. “Some of the top users of the H-1B program, such as Indian consulting companies, may be choosing to do the work overseas instead of in the U.S.”
