Partner Scott Fredericksen was quoted in a Compliance Week article, “Parsing the Role of the New Compliance Counsel,” on November 24, 2015. The article discussed the evolution of compliance as a corporate function and the Justice Department’s newly established compliance counsel for its Fraud Section. Fredericksen said, “Companies can expect a very close look at the compliance programs they have in place, or that they intend to put in place.
