Partner Matthew Karlyn was quoted in a Wall Street Journal article, “CIOs Will Have to Defend Cybersecurity Policies in Court,” on July 9, 2015. The article discussed how chief information officers will increasingly be held accountable in court and other public venues in the wake of cybersecurity issues. Karlyn said the key to a good defense will be to demonstrate a methodical, attentive approach to conceiving, installing, monitoring and adapting cybersecurity measures.
