The article examined the wave of restructurings in the health care services sector related to the Affordable Care Act. Green was quoted saying, “The Bankruptcy Code is one inch thick. The federal regulations for healthcare are five feet thick. The real essence of any true healthcare turnaround is that you’ve got to get the healthcare right.”
