Bailey Quoted on IRS Muni Bonds Report

Partner Michael G. Bailey was quoted in an article that appeared in The Bond Buyer on March 18, 2013 titled “IRS Report Tells Issuers How to Avoid Muni Bond Woes, Draws Some Fire.” Bailey called the report “novel” because it offered guidance on best practices for state and local government bond issuers rather than taxpayers.
