Law360 reported on the default judgment entered against AE Marketing LLC by Senior U.S. District Judge Royal Furgeson in the case of AE Marketing LLC et. al. v. Jenkins-Baldwin Corp. et. al. The judge ruled that AE Marketing, which had convinced other companies, including Jenkins-Baldwin, to bankroll a failed Vegas Casino, was liable for three acts of fraudulent inducement, one act of negligence misrepresentation and breach of fiduciary duties to Howard M. Jenkins.
The Jenkins defendants were represented by Gardere Partners Alexander C. Chae, Joe B. Harrison and Matthew J. Schroeder.
