Partner Gardner Davis was quoted in an article that appeared in the Jacksonville Business Journal on October 26, 2012 titled “Mergers: Physicians groups, senior living centers and hospitals draw investors’ interest.” The article discusses how those in the health care industry are not waiting for the outcome of the presidential election to slow merger and acquisition activity. Mr. Davis said that overall, merger and acquisition activity has slowed because of the uncertain political climate.
