The Fort Worth Star-Telegram enlisted the expertise of Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Firm's Internet, eCommerce and Technology Industry Team, for an article published about the judgment issued in a local Internet libel case.
"This case proves that you just can't say bad things about someone without any consequences," Mr. Vogel said. "I never put anything in an email or posts that I would not want a jury to see."
