Partner Gardner Davis, serving as debtor counsel for Trailer Bridge, Inc., said the company was granted preliminary approval for a $15 million debtor-in-possession loan and planned for a speedy resolution of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization. He noted that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida in Jacksonville quickly granted debtors’ first-day motions in the case, including payments to critical vendors.
