Foley Senior Counsel Kristine Havlik was quoted in an article that appeared in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on September 29, 2011 titled “Free Estate Planning Offered to First Responders.” Havlik discusses Wills for Heroes, a pro bono legal program that provides first responders with free estate planning from volunteer attorneys. She states that attorneys who participate in the program can offer the families of first responders peace of mind in knowing they have their estate planning documents taken care of on a no-cost basis.
