Foley Partner Edward Hurley was quoted in an article that appeared in the May 2011 issue of Energy Risk titled “Estimating the impact of US energy efficiency programmes.” Hurley discusses the impact that energy efficiency programs in the United States will have on supplier and utility business models. He states that the energy efficiency plans are relatively new, but adds that the time, money and effort put into developing the programs indicates they are here to stay.
