Peter Vogel testified before the Texas Senate Committee on State Affairs on May 11 as it heard testimony from many individuals about the effect of social media on the Public Information (Open Records) and Open Meetings Acts. Mr. Vogel's statement is posted here on the Committee's website.
Mr. Vogel was one of several e-Commerce experts on panels with FCC Commissioner Robert McDowell and PUC Chairman Barry Smitherman at a Texas Public Policy Foundation luncheon on April 14. The panel discussed Internet regulation, network neutrality and the role of markets in the future of the Internet.
