Foley Partner and chair of the Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice Gabor Garai was quoted in an article titled “Startup Execs Seeing Better Days For IPOs, Mergers, Survey Says” in the December 14, 2009 issue of Investor’s Business Daily. Garai discusses the results of Foley’s annual survey of emerging companies, stating that some start-up companies will see their revenues increase over the next two or three years due to market growth. He adds that companies will begin investing more in new technologies as the economy stars turning around and technologies become more efficient.
