Foley partner Russell Beck was quoted in an article that appeared on The Docket, the news blog of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, on June 4, 2009 titled “Ex-EMC exec can work for competitor, but with limitations.” Beck discusses a case centered around the question of whether an executive level EMC Corp. employee could go to work for rival company Hewlett Packard despite signing a one-year noncompete agreement.
