Foley Partner Stephen Szabo authored an article titled “Savvy property owners can get a head start on their taxes this season” in the July 10, 2009 issue of the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Szabo provides a prudent approach for property owners to begin filing their property taxes, recommending that property owners get actively involved in reviewing property assessments ahead of the rush that will occur when Truth in Millage notices are sent and the time left to appeal valuations is limited.
