Foley Special Counsel Kyle Faget will be presenting at this year’s Georgia Telehealth Conference on Thursday, March 21st at Lake Blackshear Resort & Golf Club. Her presentation is titled, “Telemedicine and Direct to Consumer Medical Devices.” Ms. Faget’s presentation will cover the FDA’s regulation of mobile medical devices, when developers need FDA clearance, and FDA’s Pre-Certification program.
