Foley Partner Selig Sacks, Co-Chair of the firm’s U.S./Greater China Corporate Practice, is heading the all-star China faculty at M&A Advisor’s “Passport China: 2012 International M&A Advisor Summit” that will take place in New York on October 9th – 10th, 2012.
This two-day event will bring together a faculty of over 50 industry stalwarts and 400 guests to discuss the key issues facing all of the international M&A markets today. Foley Partners James F. Ewing and James T. Tynion III will join Mr. Sacks to speak at the summit.
Prior to the summit, Mr. Sacks was interviewed on China foreign direct investment in the U.S. and China inbound M&A in an article that appeared in The M&A Advisor’s M&A Alerts newsletter on August 13, 2012.
