2nd Annual BlueTech Forum

This forum will highlight first-hand success stories and lessons learned from seasoned water entrepreneurs on subjects such as enabling new technology adoption, innovation partnership models, and intellectual property considerations. Dennis Bushnell, Chief Scientist at NASA, will provide the keynote address. Foley Of Counsel Barry Grossman has been invited to join John McArdle of Batelle Institute, Rafeal Simon of VPVP, and Joseph E. Zuback of Global Water Advisors, Inc. at 4:00 pm PST to discuss “To Patent, Or Not To Patent.” Their presentation will include insights on who is filing, where, and in what areas, as well as considerations for leveraging IP as a first mover advantage and as a foundation to securing investment.
