Ed Green will be speaking at the 10th Annual Healthcare Transactions Conference on November 5, 2009 in Chicago. Green, co-chair of the 2009 conference, will deliver the event’s opening remarks, as well as present a session entitled “Cycles of Opportunity: Acquisition and Consolidation Strategies for Distressed Healthcare Companies.”
Session details:
- This session will examine how the Great Recession has created opportunities that differ from past ebbs in the business cycle. A compelling story can be made to drive acquisition and consolidation strategies. Distressed situations create dealmaking opportunities. This session will also examine acquisition strategies in the NFP universe and other opportunities.
Additionally, Green will be honored at the event as a 2008 Outstanding Healthcare Transaction Lawyer by Nightingale’s Healthcare News.
