International Expansion

Foley Senior Counsel, Ken Duck, moderated this panel discussion along with panelists Stewart M. Kim of PGP Capital Advisors, Joe Pike of Akcess Pacific Group, and Larry Stambaugh of Aperçu Consulting. The discussion focused on strategies for growth outside the United States with a spotlight on Asia. Topics included the creation of new distribution channels, outsourced manufacturing, in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities as well as how to access capital markets in certain foreign jurisdictions.
