The 3rd Annual Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Patent Litigation 2009 seminar will take place on March 2-3, 2009 at the PLI New York Center. This conference is designed to cover the practice impact of recent developments on all three sub-groups in the patent law community: patent prosecutors, patent litigators, and patent transactional lawyers.
Intellectual Property Chair Sharon Barner will be speaking on the panel titled “Expert Insights on Trial Presentation” at 10:15 a.m. on March 3, 2009. In her discussion, Sharon will discuss demystifying jury selection, strategic use of motors in limine and conveying complex issues to lay juries.
