Foley is proud to sponsor Marquette University's National Sports Law Institute Fall Conference on, "The Increasing Regulation of Sports in a Declining Economy." The conference will focus on the impact of the economic downturn on the sports industry including panels discussing the economic and legal regulation of professional and collegiate sports, green facility law, and changing methods of alternative dispute resolution and their impact on sports.
