Barner, Foley IP Litigation Partner and Deputy Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Deputy Director of the USPTO (2009-2011), will speak at the Oregon Review of International Law's 5th Annual Symposium: China's Role in Regulating the Global Information Economy on April 8, 2011 at the University of Oregon School of Law.
