As we delve into the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (AIA), more and more we realize there are numerous nuances and ambiguities in this sweeping and complex piece of legislation.
This educational briefing will provide an overview of key provisions of the AIA and will give you an opportunity to discuss aspects of the AIA that are most critical, unclear, or misleading.
