Foley partner Matthew Smith will be speaking at the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Global Fellows Series at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on September 11, 2012.
The Global Fellows Series is intended to promote a higher level of international IP practice among the next generation of leaders in the global legal community. The program will bring together a small group of future leaders in the global legal community for an intensive learning program taught by leading judges and practitioners from both the United States and Germany.
