Gardere Partner Audrey Momanaee is scheduled to speak on "The Importance of Project and Process Management Skills" at Today's General Counsel Institute's upcoming e-discovery conference in Houston. Ms. Momanaee, along with co-moderators Lynn Frances and Roxana Friedrich, will discuss the skills needed in process and project management, the challenges of the left side of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, how to recover from mistakes and best practices for auditing to keep track of what you did.

Ms. Momanaee, a trial attorney in Gardere's Houston office, focuses her practice on commercial litigation and has represented clients in a variety of industries, including chemical, energy, telecommunications and software.
