The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) cemented one of the most significant health care compliance developments in recent years with the final 60-Day Overpayment Rule announced late last week.
The rule requires health care providers to refund identified overpayments to Medicare within 60 days or face potentially hefty False Claims Act liability, civil money penalties, and possible program exclusion.

Please join us for a Foley web conference on Wednesday, February 17, during which Larry Vernaglia and Heidi Sorensen will explain the top takeaways from the updated rule, and why it is of critical importance to hospital compliance officers, board members, in-house counsel, and C-suite executives alike.

There is no cost to participate in this program, but advance registration is required. To participate, please use either the Register button above or below, or simply register here.

Instructions for accessing the program will be included in the registration confirmation.
