Please join us for a practical, nuts-and-bolts discussion of antitrust issues that arise in the context of labor and employment. Benjamin R. Dryden of Foley & Lardner’s Antitrust practice group will lead this fast-paced webinar about how federal competition laws apply in situations ranging from employee hiring and training to collective bargaining and compensation.

This webinar will begin with a high-level overview of the antitrust laws generally and then will explore specific issues that arise in the labor and employment context. Among other things, this webinar will cover:

  • The DOJ and FTC’s 2016 Antitrust Guidance for Human Resources Professionals;
  • How the antitrust laws apply to labor unions;
  • Special considerations when hiring an officer or director who works for a competitor;
  • Antitrust reporting requirements for highly compensated employees and directors; and
  • Making antitrust a part of employee training and compliance policies.
