Gardere Named Dallas' Leading Trademark Law Firm

The Trademark Insider has ranked Gardere as the top trademark law firm in Dallas based on the number of applications filed at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office in 2009. The Firm also ranked 80th in the nation among applications submitted during the fourth quarter of last year.

The Trademark Insider is a quarterly publication of Corporation Service Co. The Trademark Insider Awards are determined by calculating the number of times an individual law firm and/or attorney is listed in the Correspondent field of all USPTO applications submitted during calendar year 2009.

Regional Law Firm Awards were determined in the same fashion, analyzing the actual law firm address information listed in the application.
