Trailer Bridge Files Motion to Reject Former CEO Contract

Partner Gardner Davis said the motion filed by Trailer Bridge executives to reject the employment contract of the company’s former CEO was a technical matter that would ensure a uniform payment method for all creditor claims. Davis, serving as debtor counsel for Trailer Bridge, noted that the motion was not a reflection on the former CEO’s performance.
