Foley Named to Elite 2014 BTI Client Service 30 List for 11th Year

Foley has been recognized for client service excellence in the elite BTI Client Service 30 for the 11th year, representing one of only seven law firms holding this distinction for more than 10 years. The BTI Client Service A-Team survey ranks the best law firms across the country in terms of client service performance based on feedback from corporate counsel. In the 2014 BTI Client Service A-Team Report, Foley was honored in all 17 survey categories, including “Leaders of the Best” in client focus, meeting the core scope and providing value for the dollar.

The BTI Client Service 30 represents the top 30 firms among the 650 law firms that serve Fortune 1000 clients. BTI’s analysis draws on candid feedback from corporate counsel to determine precisely which law firms top the charts in client service. General counsel and C-level executives define 17 categories of client service they use to select and evaluate outside counsel. Firms that received the top scores across the board comprise the elite BTI Client Service 30.
