Bob Dyer is an experienced lawyer who focuses his practice on real estate, corporate and business transactions, primarily involving privately held Texas-based entities. Western International (a developer of Marriott Residence Inns) is one of Bob’s clients, and he also represents RCL Services Group, a construction and materials vendor to Class A railroads.
