W. Robert (Bob) Dyer was an experienced lawyer who focused his practice on real estate, corporate and business transactions, primarily involving privately held Texas-based entities. Western International (a developer of Marriott Residence Inns) was one of Bob’s clients, and he also represented RCL Services Group, a construction and materials vendor to Class A railroads.
