Emily J. Lang



Emily Lang is a litigation associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm's Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.

Previously, Emily served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Richard W. Story of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. As a law student, she was a student attorney in Harvard Law School’s Cyberlaw Clinic. She also worked as a summer associate in Foley’s Orlando office.


Emily earned her law degree from Harvard Law School (J.D., 2018) where she was a line editor for the Harvard International Law Journal. She also served as a research assistant for the Criminal Justice Policy Program. She completed her undergraduate studies at Stetson University (B.A., magna cum laude, 2014), where she majored in economics and minored in business law.


Emily is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
