Caitlin N. Otis



Caitlin Otis is a health care associate in the Health Care & Life Sciences Sector with Foley & Lardner LLP in the firm’s Tampa office. 

Caitlin began with Foley as a health care summer associate in 2021. During this time, she researched state changes to provider licensure and telehealth prescribing modalities during the COVID-19 public health emergency, drafted memoranda relating to federal and state fraud and abuse regulations, and drafted physician employment agreements. Before joining Foley, Caitlin was a summer legal associate for a Tampa law firm. In this position, she conducted research and drafted memoranda relating to health care fraud and abuse enforcement. Caitlin also worked as a legal research assistant at the University of Florida Levin College of Law researching emerging professional responsibility issues.
