Caitlin E. Trevillyan

Associate

As a business and government contracts lawyer, Caitlin Trevillyan’s practice is focused on assisting prime contractors and subcontractors in reviewing and negotiating government contracts and implementing compliance programs to ensure such clients understand and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Caitlin’s practice further involves representing government contractors in bid protests before the agency, GAO, and the Court of Federal Claims. She also counsels and advises clients during the administration of their contracts, including in the preparation of requests for equitable adjustments and/or claims, and in the litigation of such claims before the applicable board of contract appeals.

Caitlin has experience representing construction contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, architects, and other companies in complex commercial litigation. Caitlin leverages her background in business to help provide her clients effective and practical counsel.

Prior to joining Foley, Caitlin worked as an associate for an international law firm in Washington, D.C., a business consultant for a Chicago firm, and as a law clerk for the Illinois State’s Attorney’s Office.
