Garai on Noncompete Agreements

Foley Partner Gabor Garai was quoted in the December 30, 2007, issue of the Boston Globe, in an article titled, “Why ‘Noncompete’ Means ‘Don’t Thrive.'” Gabor states that noncompetes aren’t receiving much media attention, but that under the surface, there are a lot of employees who fear being sued if they leave their current company.
