Partner Jonathan Moskin was quoted in an InsideCounsel article, “Oral Arguments to be Heard in B&B Hardware vs. Hargis Industries Case,” on December 2, 2014. The article discussed the B&B Hardware vs. Hargis Industries case, which has the potential to impact future deference by state or federal courts from government boards.
