Gregory W. McClune

Gregory W. McClune was a partner and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. A former member and chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice, he advised a wide variety of clients in virtually every aspect of labor and employment. He was also a member of the Health Care Industry Team.
Gregory had extensive experience representing employers and systems in NLRB and other union-related matters, including union negotiations, arbitrations and grievances; general advice on union contracts; strike avoidance and preparation procedures; and injunctions to restrict striking and picketing activities. In addition, Gregory handled numerous wage and hour matters, both state and federal. He regularly advised on Title VII and other discrimination matters, litigating claims when necessary, as well as on wrongful discharge and personnel policies and procedures. He also counseled clients on employment issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

Affiliations
A member of the Labor Law Section of both the State Bar of California and the San Francisco Bar Association, Gregory also is a member of the American Bar Association.
