American Medical Group Association's (AMGA) 2007 Annual Conference

Foley Partner and Chair of the Insurance Industry Team Kevin G. Fitzgerald and Robert D, O’Keefe, Vice President, Treasury Services & Chief Compliance Officer for Aurora Health Care, Inc. will be presenting, “A Primer and Case Study on Alternative Risk Transfer Vehicles for Medical Professional Liability,” at AMGA’s 2007 Annual Conference on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Kevin G. Fitzgerald will provide an understanding of insurance alternatives for medical professional liability, including various captives and risk retention groups. Robert D. O’Keefe will discuss his organization’s experience as a captive insurer.
