Foley Partners John P. Ratnaswamy and Christopher W. Zibart presented on a panel titled, “Gas Rate Fundamentals and Hot Topics,” at the American Gas Association (AGA) Legal Forum on Monday, July 16, 2007 in Vail, Colorado. The panel addressed fundamentals, forms of decoupling, weather normalization, riders, energy efficiency programs, incentive and performance based regulation, as well as project prudence and labor/retiree expenses.
AGA represents 200 local energy utility companies that deliver natural gas to more than 64 million homes, businesses and industries throughout the United States.
