- Discuss the elements of an effective compliance program and the impact of the United States Sentencing Guideline Amendments of 2004
- Focus on the particular obstacles encountered with creating an effective compliance program during an external criminal or civil health care fraud investigation by a government agency
- Address the impact of a resolution of the external government investigation on an organization’s compliance program
