Foley Partners Michael Blau and Lawrence Vernaglia will be speaking at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) 9th Annual Hospital & Health Law Conference on May 16, 2008 in Boston, Massachusetts.
Mr. Vernaglia will be chairing this conference and Mr. Blau is speaking on “Physician Hospital Organizations (PHOs) in the 21st Century.” This panel addresses the growing prominence of PHOs in the greater Boston marketplace. Changes in the reimbursement system are providing opportunities for new entities and integration of old entities. This discussion considers lessons learned and gives a view to the future.
