On Tuesday, June 3, 2008, Philip G. Kiko and Theodore H. Bornstein will present, “Oversight and Investigation: Lessons Learned from the 110th Congress and Effective Defense Strategies for Targets,” as part of the Washington Legal Foundation Web Seminar Series. In the Web seminar, Kiko and Bornstein will:

• Manage the process from subpoena to hearing and address collateral consequences of investigations
